Are they in-person or online sessions? Where do you host in-person sessions?

I do both:

IN-PERSON 1 hour session (1-4 hour also possible). I ask to book 3 sessions in advance.
IN-PERSON 2 hour session for genitals with pain/numbness (2-4 hour also possible)
. You can book 1 session first.
ONLINE 1 hour session. I ask to book 3 sessions in advance.

In-person location can be in my studio in central Vilnius or client’s location, if appropriate. Currently available in Vilnius, Lithuania and in London, UK (every other month).

Who is it for?

I work only with adults (18+). I welcome individuals of all genders and sexual orientations, both single and partnered in any relationship type (non-monogamous or monogamous), individuals who are kinky and in BDSM communities, working within the sex industry, neurodivergent and with disabilities. LGBTQI+ folks are generally my focus.

How much is a session with you?

60 EUR for a 1 hour in-person session (reduced rate as I’m currently an SSE student). Possible to book up 1-4 hour long sessions at 60 EUR/h. I ask to book at least 3 sessions in advance*.

150 EUR for a 2 hour in-person session for genitals with pain/numbness. You can book 1 session first.

50 EUR for a 1 hour online session (reduced rate as I’m currently an SSE student). I ask to book at least 3 sessions in advance*.

*When I ask you to book 3 sessions, those are to be used within 3 months. If you want to finish the sessions early or you feel this work is not for you, that is absolutely fine and I will refund the full leftover for the sessions we haven’t had yet with 24h notice before a session and within the 3 months period.

How do I book sessions?

Please use the form in the Contact page. We will then schedule a free 15min discovery call before making the booking.
After that, if we decide my work might be useful for you, then I will send you links to my scheduling calendar to book the sessions.

How many sessions will I need? Can I have touch in the first session already?

There is no right answer to how many session you will need or want, however most people tend to have sessions every week or every other week, just like they would with a therapist. I do not include touch in the first and probably even second session, as it takes time to create safety and learn about consent – exception is for sessions for genitals with pain/numbness, those can be booked as single sessions.

What does a session normally look like?

The first session is a little different, as we talk more and discuss your intake form (a form with a few initial questions about your goals / history etc). After that, I send you a proposal with a selection of practices we can include in the sessions.

All sessions are very individual, but the general structure often looks like:

  1. Check-in, intention setting.
  2. A selection of practices, depending on your intention or goals.
  3. Savouring, debriefing.
  4. Home practices sent by email or discussed in the session, if desired.
Which languages are the sessions in?

Sessions can be in English or Lithuanian.

What is Somatic Sex Education?

Somatic Sex Education (SSE) is a body-focused, trauma-informed and creative modality focusing on your pleasure and empowerment in your sex life, and also your life as a whole.

SSE is unique, as it is at an intersection between sex coaching, physical therapy, movement therapy, sexological bodywork, trauma work, activism and sexology. It integrates the latest research on the nervous system, human sexuality and its diversity, body-based therapy without forgetting the soul and the larger socio-political context, especially when it comes to sex. In SSE we don’t ‘fix’ you, instead we nurture and support your body wisdom and your unique sexuality so that you can become confident in your wholeness and your full human experience.

In practice, this means that the sessions are adjusted to your needs with a variety of possibilities. At the beginning of our work together we will agree on your goals and in each session address them with various practices. For example, if you have genital pain and want to experience more pleasurable sex, we may work on your body and genital awareness, find safety in the body and introduce various practices, including touch, consent and pelvic floor training, to create more pleasure in your sex life. Or if you are interested in expressing your sexuality without shame, we may practice self-compassion, sharing stories and finding new meanings, communication, boundaries and limits, do coaching on masturbation, explore your fantasies and similar.

SSE sessions can be deep, calm and slow. They also can be full of fun, theory and challenge, but in a way that is inspiring, motivating and not overwhelming. We can keep complete flexibility each time we meet – sometimes you may want to work on your goals and sometimes you will just want to process the emotions or experiences you’ve had that week or simply rest with a guided rest meditation. Our time together may look like a hands-on anatomy session, you sharing your story or us creating a spontaneous ritual. Your embodied choice is what matters here most and these sessions are completely for you.

Is Somatic Sex Education an ethical practice? How do you ensure client’s safety?

Professional training in Somatic Sex Education and Sexological Bodywork means that practitioners are taught to practice the profession with honesty, integrity, and competence. Our primary commitment is to the health, well-being, and safety of our clients.

Somatic Sex Education is a safer way for people to explore and heal their sexuality, because we are ethical practitioners who work within clear boundaries and roles.

Somatic Sex Educators’ Code of Ethics:

The practitioner’s chief focus and primary ethical responsibility is on their client’s wellbeing.

The practitioner works to support the client in the experience of embodiment and empowered, enthusiastic consent.

When touch is included in Somatic Sex Education it is for the purpose of the client’s learning & growth.

During the session the practitioner is fully and consistently at the service of the client’s personal growth and learning.

The practitioner commits to their own professional development and ongoing self care.

The practitioner is aware of the potential for attraction within the client-practitioner relationship and ensures the focus is always on the client’s growth & learning.

The practitioner practices in a way that is free of narcissistic focus on power, admiration, or sexual gratification.

Entering into a client-practitioner relationship involves an intake process in which limits and boundaries are clearly set out and agreed to.
