General Sex Education
Very few of us were taught basic sex education at school, and we had to learn it ourselves. As sexuality becomes less of a taboo and there is more information and acceptance, some personal questions often remain – they might be about your body, your experiences, your desires and sex in general.
I have a broad range of skills and interests, including training in somatic sex education and sexological bodywork, consent, trauma-informed coaching, genital de-armouring, alternative relationship types (non-monogomy) and kink, to assist you with different questions or challenges.
General sex education sessions are for you, if you want to:
- Discuss certain issues or past experiences confidentially
- Explore gender and/or sexual orientation
- Explore sexual trauma/sexual abuse presence in body
- Learn consent, communication, and boundaries: how do you say no, yes and maybe? How to do it whilst staying connected?
- Explore being sexual with a disability/ies
- Learn relief from pelvic pain, vaginal pain, anal pain or tightness
- Discuss libido concerns and sexual potential
- Build sexual confidence: can you ask for what you want?
- Explore numbness in body and genitals
- Change habitual sexual roles or scripts
- Explore orgasm or ejaculation concerns: accessibility/choice/control
- Increase your capacity to receive pleasure and relaxation in whole body
- Increase capacity to receive pleasure in your genitals
- Release shame and guilt around sexuality
- Receive couching around solo-pleasuring / masturbation
- Experience touch in a safer environment
- Learn about your desires, your erotic being
- Learn about your anatomy of arousal
- Discuss troublesome turn-ons, such as unwanted fantasies or compulsive porn watching habits
- Explore spirituality and sex
If what you are looking for is not listed above, do get in touch to discuss. If that’s not something I offer, I might be able to refer you to another specialist.
